No, it doesn't. And since it was utterly predictable that everyone in the country and their brother would be trying to get through to the site when it opened, the decision to build on IIS was incredibly stupid. But you see it happen again and again. The Ellis Island site had the same problem. So did the Mormons' Family Search site. The site works great at 3 am, though....
