Looking to become an X customer My ISP used to be Concentric.com. Now Concentric is Xo. In the past, if I went to Concentric, I could go to a pop-out menu on the page and find access numbers across the country. Now I get a sales page that promises "A single vision. Straight talk. No doubletalk." There are no access numbers that can be found any more. The whole freaking site is a brochure. Oh, and Xo was off the air in the South Bay for hours last night. I called support and waited an hour to be delivered that fact, when it could have been put on the mail greeting. New ISP recommendations are welcome. I'm shopping as of right now, before I go on a trip to places where I don't know the @#$% access numbers. I need DSL and dial-in support from anywhere. That's it. Grr.
