Diminished capacities Yesterday morning I did something to my back and could hardly sit, much less work, all day. Today it got worse. A lot worse. My back just... went. It ceased to be functional, with an awful pain above my left buttock. After a trip to the hospital, I find myself diagnosed with a severely pulled muscle, somehow related to sciatica. I am also sedated by heavy doses of flexoril, a muscle relaxant that leaves me barely conscious. I can only sit for a few minutes. Standing and laying down seem to be the only options. Yes, it does suck. Anyway, bear with me.
