You mean the deal where NPR stations pay almost zero dollars to stream? NPR did post all the details on one of their web sites. The RIAA lawyers said it was supposed to be a secret. Ut did so up as part of the 411 roundtable. It was in that hearing at the libray of congress. Remember also that anything that's cached either on a server or your machine that was part of a digital stream is part of the pay process.
