Link URLs don't appear anywhere during mouseover. Yes they do, turn on the Status Bar in the View menu, they're at the bottom. No cookie management. I'm not sure what you're looking for, but take a look at the General pane in the Preferences. It does lack good contextual menu support though. No right-click navigation (forward, back, etc), and no Copy when selecting text. There are responses to this message:
