That's why some of us use blogging tools that work differently. The blogging code I've been working on (for the past year (it seems longer)) lets me save my stuff to the server pretty much immediately (I tend to save each graf as a separate entry, and then stitch 'em together later).Nothing gets posted until I've had a chance to edit the bits together.
There are some details at http://davespicks.com/about/aboutpicks.html but the real documentation is lagging behind the coding, which is below the paying work in the queue.
It's not as spontaneous as having everything I type go straight to the web, but it saves me a lot of headaches that more than make up for the extra step of having to go back and finalize things for publication. And that's not much of an extra burden in my "only once per day" mode of posting.
