This stuff isn't in your browser cache is it? Do a search for whatever key words you remember. On your cached folder. I use Movable Type and Phoenix and haven't lost anything lately. I did have a few instances where I had to use the Backspace key to resubmit a post when it timed out. But yeah, damn I hate it when stuff like that happens.
