Re: DMCA Blog
Anti-DMCA.org sez they were updated 14-Dec.
http://digitalconsumer.org/ maybe? They're not specifically about the DMCA, but it looks like they include news about it.
Consensus at Lawyerpoint is about the dealings of the BPDG, which is, hell, what's the word, implementation level stuff like the "broadcast flag", etc.
Freedom to Tinker is more wide ranging as well, but hits DMCA issues too. Plus, his hitlist is a hoot.
I don't know. Maybe there isn't much recent news about the DMCA itself (except for ElcomSoft, and the now-expired LOC comment period). It's all the other follow-on stuff, like DRM, Palladium, the "broadcast flag" and related technologies, and of course, the RIAA gnashing it's teeth over the cost of piracy, despite what the numbers really say.
Just ran across Educase's DMCA Page. (Indirectly via Daypop)
I think you might be right. Somebody must be doing it. But I can't find it.
