Doc, does the school have a school blog via schoolblogs.com and Adam Curry?
I do not know what the timeline for the bid is but maye a school blog can help in the efforts..

No, the school doesn't have a blog. In fact, computing isn't part of the curriculum, which runs through Grade 8. That's one of the reasons we like the school, in fact. The kids get plenty of computing elsewhere.

The school itself also has minimum adminstrative overhead. Not even a headmaster. It's basically run by the faculty and parents, as with many other Waldorf schools.
The school's site is frankly a volunteer effort by parents and faculty as well. I've made recommendations about it to other folks there, and maybe we'll turn the site into a blog. Right now we're all too busy with other things.
So what blogging we do is by individual families. Such as mine, as you see.
