Not that it's a significant point, but much of the detail in the link URLs for Amazon.com and BN.com is user- and session-specific identification, which is ignored (and replaced) by their servers whenever the URL is requested. It's a shame neither site has figured out a way for web writers to link to a book in a simple, easy-to-write way, eg: www.bookseller.com?ISBN=0738202444 or even: www.bookseller.com?title=The Cluetrain Manifesto There are responses to this message:
