google "the constant acceleration of Time". I think it's physics. My grandad, at 68, told me that 10 years went by like one used to. He lived to be 98. When I heard NPR say "the anniversary of Harrison's death" yesterday, I went through that same Time Funspace, & I'm only 53, not an Old Guy like Doc, though I now keep my head shaved to hide my bald spot.

Couldn't help but think of this:
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Matthew chapter 26 verse 28
But I see my error already. You were asking about living things, presumably as opposed to non-living, rather then human vs. non-human. I know I've heard the term "naked rock" used, and not in reference to a naturist musical group. Hmmm, do draped statues enter into this?

I can hardly wait to see the look on Jack Valenti's face when some one shows him bit torrent.
Curry can watch West Wing, which doesn't air in NL or Belguim.
Anyhow just finished the all trek around the world site for New Years Eve. It's radio station webcasts and live webcams. Starting in Tonga and ending in Samoa. Packed with information and a few shameless plugs.
www.ibcworks.net
I have also added some xmas in the clear jingles in wma and real at the audio part of the site www.ibcworks.net/radio68.htm You'd be amazed at how many people daily like to listen to old radio stations. Things like the Windward Islands Broadcasting Service, WNYW and a few other gems.
I also practiced bad, bad web design to give this page a retro look.
