Sounds like you're using an inmarsat account. Sniper 13 shut down Washington this morning. Everything was closed tight. How about traffic reporters not allowed to tell you where the roadblocks were? Or traffic cams not allowed to cover certain areas? Or TV stations traffic copters not allowed to photograph areas where the roads were litteraly stopped. That's what happened here this am.
