Understand the that library of congress staff is basically clueless as to how this all works. Looks like they may have the sniper. Cable has been all over this today. Someone who lived in Richmond, which means an easy death penalty case because he was caught there. More on my blog, it's rolled from docs page. Get seasick yet?
