Ball five, dudes 
| | Got a good nights sleep after a looong travel day yesterday. Fell asleep at the top of the 8th during the World Series last night. Woke up a few hours later to find the score had held. Nice pitching by both teams in the late innings. |
| | Much as I'm rooting for the Giants, I find myself really liking both teams. Should be a good series. |
| | Also... this morning I read a piece in the Oct 7 New Yorker about how the Mets were stoned most of this year. Literally. Talk about a failure of philosophy. Even Lou Pinella wouldn't go there. |
Coasting
| | Made it to Ft. Lauderdale. Came by way of Chicago yesterday. It was 44 degrees there, and 84 here. This morning it feels like 90. |
