Ernie made the ABA newsletter. Seems blogging is making waves in the legal community. Internet Radio, unfortunately is toast. The NAB has thrown up a big road block. I suspect it has a lot more to to with digital radio than you think. The codec used for IBOC is the same that XM uses. XM has to pay a digital fee to the RIAA. If radio thinks they're going to dodge this bullet then haven't read the DCMA. Number 8...shooter is still out there.
