The "over 50%" category for some nations doesnt mean something like 55% or 70% - in a place like Ukraine, its something around 99%. You have to look hard to find somewhere to purchase a non-pirated cd, and the price is about 10x more. Also, your signup page has a nice little option for "US State" that seems to lack the usual option for the District of Columbia.
