While printing copies of briefs in Eldred v. Ashcroft...
...I saw something I hadn't noticed before, under the briefs for the opposition: House Judiciary Committee Members, O'Melveny & Myers Representatives F. James Sensenbrenner, Jr., John Conyers, Jr., Howerd Coble, and Howard L. Berman Anyway, I'll be there for the arguments, and will post as soon after the hearing as I can. Anyone with suggestions for a local hot spot near the Supreme Court building, please let me know. (Maybe I should ask the Secret Service--they've been wardriving the area!) Anyone who'd like to see what I hear can check my weblog tomorrow afternoon.
