Terrorism or just a nut or a gang shooting. No one knows and they have not caught the guy whos out randomly shooting folks...it's anywhere in the DC region not just this area of Maryland. So much for Homeland Security. Larry looked like he has the fast boat on the water. Alnghi, the swiss boat may be a tad faster. When these two clash it will tell you whos done his homework.
