Yeah, Jim's an old-timer, even for a young guy. I like him, too. But this piece rubbed me the wrong way. The Slashdot item wasn't far off, and some of his other neologisms weren't bad. But he was clearly clueless about Smart Mobs (a meme Howard Rheingold is driving, beautifully), and what blogging is about as well. There are responses to this message:
