1. The RIAA wants the LOC to set the rules for what's needs to measure and charge for webcasting. Sound Exchange which hasn't paid out a dime and has been collecting digital fees since 1998 wants no part of creating this kind of closed database. They want the webcasters to give them everything. So no rules, yet. 2. See todays comments from Bonneville, and Salem about streaming. They seem to have seen a market here. There are responses to this message:
