Ok, lets figure this one out. We can do the math. I used to program 15 tunes an hour, running 10 minutes of spots an hour. On an oldies station I could crank 21 tunes into an hour. The math is .0007 a song. Live 365 is charging each program presenter a fee to cover that cost. (at least that's why they said in an email exchange)
We should be able to stream a blog, rather than download an mp3 audio file.

So who is streaming from the USA? A spot check from Mass shows the NPR stations, no college broadcasters, WMVY on Marthas Vineyard and all the Clear Channel stations.
From Washington DC, the Clear Channel Stations, Salem stations (praise God)..and ABC's talk station WMAL. WTOP and the rest of the Bonnevile group are also streaming.
