A question about DMCA.. In every story I have read except for a few no mention of the DMCA and its relationship to the Copyright Treaty we signed with the World in Geneva( I believe it was berne of Geneva).. One, The copyright treaty we signed can only be invalidated by Presidential order, not Judge, not congress according to the US Constitution.. DMCA attempts to clearly invalidate spefici provions of thsi Copyright Treaty that we signed..and yet No reporter wil report on it or explain it..why? There are responses to this message:
