Permalinks for Sun Aug 11 are WRONG!
Doc, I hate to point this out, but the permalinks for Sunday Aug 11, 2002 are all messed up - they point to January 19, 2002! The links on either side of that day are fine though. Wierd huh? I really wanted to weigh in on car rentals though. Internet be damned, you need to find a really good LOCAL travel agent to handle this crap for you. That hour you spent on the phone is at least a couple of hundred words - what's that worth? I'll bet it's more than the differnece in the car rental prices. I live in a small town and always let my travel agent spend the time to find me deals. A guy that travels as much as you is a gold mine for a good agent - they'll look after you.
