Re: spamblockage.jpg
I see you're using Eudora - there are a few ways you can have it clean out your inbox.
The easiest way is to tell it to skip messages over ___k (fill in the size) in preferences under checking mail. Any large messages will be left on the server, and you can either tell it to fetch the rest of the message or simply delete it.
Also, if you hold down Option while pulling down the file menu, Check mail will become "Check mail Specially", which among other things can fetch all message headers to your inbox, after which you can tell it to fetch the full message or delete it from the server.
I recently went back to Eudora Pro, which I had used for many years, after spending a few months with Entourage X. I'm willing to put up with its windowing ugliness in OS X in return for a much faster & more reliable mail client.
