I learned more about the history of prostituition and brothels during this trip than a man needs to know. Alaska has turned these fine buildings into historical landmarks, and there is a certain irony to having girls dressed up as period actors in these establishments. My wife would not take a single picture of me with any of these girls, so I can't email my friends that I finally visited such a place, although it's a theatrical illusion sponsored by the department of tourism. What do these women put on their resume's....
