Interesting ommissions
It's perhaps more interesting to look at the signatures missing from this letter than those who've signed. Two that come to mind are the CEO's of Gateway and Apple Computer. The latter is particularly interesting, considering that Jobs is a man who's got feet in both sides of the pond - he's both the CEO Apple and Pixar, of Toy Story fame. In an argument - it's interesting to look at what someone who's got a stake in both sides has to say. The argument tends away from the extreme towards the pragmatic.
