LOC Censorship May Be On The Rise . . . .
Hi: Followed the link to the comment on copyright stuff page. What a mess. At my level, it doesn't take much to confuse the daylights out of me, but this was ridiculous. Tried to send an email to be passed on [see below] but that was an exercise in utter futility. They have "shut the doors" over there:
"Hello: Please contact the individuals in charge of Copyright Office policies and assure them that they have/are/and will be doing great harm, at least at the level of history's darkest hours, in terms of removing web broadcasting sites. By increasing the cost of entry for web broadcasting, deliberately designed to remove listeners' and customers' [not consumers] choices, they have effectively trampled on the very principles upon which our country was built. I would hope, that, as in the words of Samuel Adams, in his speech at the State House in 1776, put it, "posterity forgets you were our countrymen."

P.S. This is also copied to the DMCA list as I just received a popup message that copyinfo.loc.gov is an "unknown" user. You folks are engaging in the worst kind of censorship imaginable."
