The 3000 I was talking about were the ones who died in the World Trade Center. My friend's take on it is that if those planes hadn't been flown in the WTC 20 million people would still be living under the Taliban. I was just trying to use that as an example of different views of the same event. Here in the US we don't see any good coming out of 9/11. That view is not shared around the world.
