I agree totally about the concept of this as a punishment on anyone broadcasting on the net. What happened to the idea of not taxing the Internet, this seems like an ultimate tax. One question I have, how does this apply to the rest of the world? This is legislation in the US isn't it? Does this 'open' up a market for Internet broadcasting in other countries? Rod
