Ok, just compensation for a work of intellectual property is one
thing, but charging by the hour for the use of streaming media?
Say the internet was a circus. Isn't this a little like if the people who put up the circus in every town were to charge folks by the hour
for the use of their tent? Sure I get that without the technology it
can't happen, but isn't this elevating the technology to a level it
doesn't deserve? Put another way: Are we going to the circus to
see the performers or admire the burlap?
