I arranged for 17 phones for the group I'm working with. Already, in only 6 months, there have been 3 or more claims. And this is a crew that *lives* on their cell phones, in some crucial and constant situations.
On the other hand, I dropped my Star Tac in Costco (on that concrete floor!) and was amazed that the Membership desk had it for me as I was leaving the warehouse. Good to know there are honest shoppers over there!
