Blech support
| | Because I don't want to crawl under the creepiest part of our house to pull Ethernet cabling between the hub and an old Mac in a guest bedroom, I'd like to handle the matter wirelessly. I already have a wireless base station. |
| | So I'm wondering what PCI bus 802.11b cards are available besides the Farallon SkyLINE Wireless. Says here on the SkyLINE page, "The following systems will fail with no video output symptom if a SkyLINE Wireless PCI Card is installed." One of them is mine: "G3 beige tower/333, Machine ID: 510, ROM $77D.45F2" |
| | Any ideas? I think it's a dead end, but I thought I'd ask anyway. |

| | Just heard from Steve Roberts, who is pointing (somewhere, can't find it) to my Linux Journal piece (which should be much improved, including pictures, on Monday) about last week's cruise, at which he spoke and during which he and his wife Natasha were great company. |
