The obvious difference, of course, being that Falwell and Robertson don't order their followers to kill people. It's a shame that in a time like this people start saying things that ammount to "at least I'm not a __{fill in the blank}__". Falwell's words following the attack were totally inappropriate, but comparing him and Robertson to bin Laden is also. There are responses to this message:
