CDNow laid off people with this tender email from departing CEO Mike Krupit I didn't think the email was tender, but what was wrong with it? How do you say You're Laid Off in a nice friendly way? You're the Cluetrain Guy -- which is considered correct clueful practice -- being straight, or beating around the bush?
