Cute guy. What a great age. Treasure it. The UNIX command 'uptime' used to measure the time since Jeffrey last pushed the big red button on the front of my Linux box. He's a bigger boy now, but still with innocent charms. Last night I fell asleep in front of the TV and woke up at about 12:30am to the sound of banging in Jeffrey's bedroom. I found him half-asleep and banging his head against the windowsill, trying to find a comfortable position among his jumbled covers and stuffed animals. After I got him situated and apparently asleep, he suddenly got up on his knees, arranged his four favorite stuffed animals in a neat row, gathered them up in his arms, stood straight up and asked to be carried to our bedroom so he could snuggle back to sleep with his Mama and Papa. It was impossible to resist.
