| | A lot of these amount to blog posts of sorts. That's certainly the case with the text you'll find on the tabblos and under many of the Flickr shots. |
| | I realized recently, that my nature photography is less about beauty than about self-education. Each shot is a study. I'm learning something about my subject, and usually long after I've done the shooting. This is especially true of my shots of the West. |
| | For example, I learned much more about the basin & range provinces we call Nevada and Utah on this last trip back from Boston. When I get a chance I'll write more about that. Right now I have too much work to do, and I'm flying to Copenhagen the day after tomorrow. Lots to prepare for. |
