Reflections
| | A point made in both, and one that relates to what Dan Gillmor has long been saying about citizen journalism, is that blogging that goes somewhere that moves things forward, rather than, say, echoes in whatever subjective chamber it's uttered in is provisional. Unfinished. Not homiletic or pontifical. Uttered from amidst the hubbub of the marketplace, rather than from behind the lectern or the pulpit. |
| | Anyway, we're cozy here in the redwoods of Marin, having a fabulous Christmas Eve. Just turned on the daughter and son-in-law's household to Sky.fm's Christmas Channel (here's the 128k mp3 stream). Sky has the best Christmas music selection I've heard yet. Very well done, as these things go. In fact, all of Sky.fm's channels are very well done. |
| | And thanks to Sonos for turning us on to them. |
