Dyscommunications
| | I'm about to be kicked out of the only room in the boat with both a wall outlet and a wi-fi link to the Net. |
| | Connection speed just declined from 64Kb/56Kb down/up to a speed too slow to measure. Ping times to servers now read as high as eleven seconds. Right now it's about two seconds, with a packet loss of about 20%. If you find a few, let me know. |
| | Anyway, I had intended to report more, either at IT Garage or at Linux Journal; but since I can't even get email, and this other post is all I've mustered so far, I guess I'll just have to make the most of the disconnected life. |
