Coasting
| | Up early, looking out over the Pacific, packing to fly this morning to Linux World Expo, by the Atlantic, in Boston. (Feeling the irony of warmth while packing to keep my ass from freezing where I believe it's still Winter.) See ya there. |
Curing platformitis
Commons sense
| | Real make-ya-think stuff. |
Curing optimism
| | The problem is that Iraq is still, and will continue to be as long as global guerrillas operate, a failed state. |
Gems
| | Nice to see Dave and Ruby hit it off. Really hated to miss all the goings-on in Chapel Hill over the weekend too. Especially after my recommendation of Crooks Corner (based on experience now more than twenty years out of date) was taken seriously. (That it's still there is amazing enough.) |
Spotted
| | I've been regretably slow to pick up on Brad Justus' Trainspotting post in Conversations: The Informative Blog. Brad works for Informative, a marketing company that seeks to be as steeped in clues as it can possibly be. I've met with Brad and other folks at Informative, and I like what they're trying to do. (How can an original Cluetrainer not like a slogan like "Market WITH, not TO your customers"?) Check 'em out. |
