Looking for clues
| | I've been writing for the last year (here, here, here, here and here, among other places) about how the demand sides of technology markets have been supplying themselves. |
| | In a way I'm exploring a Cluetrain story about market conversations. Most of the conversing I've been hearing is on the demand side, or among smaller developers (like those involved in the whole RSS Thang). Not a whole lot among the big suppliers (to increase interop) or between the big suppliers and their customers. |
| | But I don't have enough data about the latter yet (or about any of it, frankly... the story's a lot bigger than the data, thus far). So I'm looking for some. |
| | Here's a question: Do you know any cases where there is real conversation between vendors and customers where both work together to solve problems? Or where the customers lead, rather than just follow, the vendors? |
