Ducking and running
Something I posted on Linux Journal brought back a hail of tomatos at Linux Today. My response should be there after it gets past the moderators.

Tom observes, perfectly as usual (nobody gets more meaning into fewer words), that Napster never had a business model.
This raises two questions:
- If Napster started with a business model, would it have been nearly as successful?
- If Napster had a business model at any point, would it have been harder or easier for the record industry to kill?
