Just got an email from Adobe, full of graphics (unwanted and half-broken, as usual), that says this:
Dear DOC,
Have you installed the free, fully functional, 30-day trial version of Adobe GoLive 5.0 software that you received with Photoshop 6.0?
Well, no. Each time I've tried to buy bothPhotoshop 6 and GoLive 5, the useless Adobe Store fails. I've tried to buy the things at least three times. To my knowledge, I still haven't successfully purchased the products, and have never been charged for them. Wonder how many other customers are adrift in the same disconnected boat?

Yahoo used to be a directory for everything on the Web. Now it's a directory for everything that pays.
Of course, you could ignore the results and click on "Go to Web Page Matches." But why not skip that and start at Google? It's the same thing.
Well, c'est le mort. For those who don't want the Web to morph into Television 2.0, there's Open Directory. Submit freely.
