Quote of the day NBC's Olympics coverage is to communication what the RIAA is to music. — Tom Matrullo Unless I can't get the laptop to work in the Alps I leave at 2pm this afternoon for three days in Switzerland. On Monday I'm speaking at the Gala Opening Event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Lucerne, Switzerland, on the eve of GDI's Redefining Retail Relations forum. Then on Tuesday evening I'll give the keynote talk at the First Tuesday event during Comdex/Orbit Europe 2000 in Basel. The next day I'll rejoin the GDI folks in Lucerne. Then Thursday I'll fly home from Zurich. I'm looking forward to reporting on all of it.
