A federal judge issued a temporary order to shut down the trading of
copyrighted music on Napster, saying the online company was encouraging
"wholesale infringing" against the music industry. |
... while I await the live netcast by Shawn Fanning, et. al. from the Napster site over a 26kbps dial-up line at a strange hotel in rural Pennsylvania.
